Cavity wall insulation - can you even have it? Not if you live in an old house without cavities.
We know our old (CO2) boilers are polluting the atmosphere but, are you going to change it, to be green? No ! Modern boilers, typically only last approx 10years. When the time comes for a new one, it will be a "Green" one.

Whether you are buying or selling, we all know these things, so why are we going to have to pay, when selling, for a report that states the obvious. We already have surveys.
